Terms and Delivery
SAMPLE SALE HOUSE RULES:
- As a Sample Sale site, we are unable to operate like our typical online store. Our sales are short events with an eclectic selection of stock allowing us to provide high discounts to you. In order to maintain the level of discount, we expect our customers to exercise their statutory rights in a responsible manner.
- We expect customers to only return items if they are faulty or not as described. Returning items for fit or colour preference is not encouraged.
- Returns due to faulty items to be returned within 14 days of receipt
- All online sample sale purchases are strictly for personal consumption only.
- Due to the nature of Sample Sales, prices may fluctuate, and Chinti & Parker reserves the right to amend prices at any time.
SHIPPING:
- We can only ship to UK addresses (Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands)
- Items will be dispatched within 2-4 working days
- Orders will be delivered via Royal Mail Standard Delivery
RETURNS:
- For online sample sale transactions, should an item be genuinely damaged, we will refund you. Please contact Customer services at info@chintiandparker.com within 14 days to notify us and we will confirm how to return the item for a refund. This notice period will not be extended during COVID-19.
- We cannot offer freepost returns for sample sale items. Returns will be sent at the cost to the customer. Return address will only be provided to customers who have contacted us in advance to notify us of their reason to return.
- Please note in order for us to continue to provide highly discounted sample sales to our community, we ask that customers only purchase if they are in agreement with our Sample Sale House Rules.

FAQ’S:
EXCHANGES: Due to the nature of sample sales, we are unable to offer exchanges.
PRICE MATCHING: Due to the nature of sample sales, we reserve the right to change prices throughout the duration of the sale both up and down. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer any refunds or price matching in this case.
DISCOUNT CODES: Unfortunately we are unable to accept any discount codes on orders placed on the sample sale website.
MISSING ITEM: Please contact Customer services at info@chintiandparker.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order should an item be missing from your order.
AMENDING AN ORDER: As we work quickly to get your order picked, packed and over to you, you are unable to amend or cancel your order after it is placed.
WHY IS MOST STOCK A SIZE SMALL: The majority of stock available on the online sample sale are true Samples, meaning they are produced at the start of the design process for our products, rather than excess stock we are clearing at lower prices. As standard, samples are made in size small, or UK 8. For clearance stock in a variety of sizes we encourage you to check out our outlet page on the main Chinti & Parker website.
